How much does a project cost?
The price depends on the scope. After a short call and a look at your requirements, we give you a written estimate broken down by stage. If your budget is limited, we’ll suggest a first version with only the most important features.
How long will it take?
The timeline also depends on the scope. During planning we write down an estimated timeline for each stage and show you progress regularly as we work.
I’m not technical. Can I still work with you?
Yes. Explaining the task in your own words is enough. We explain technical decisions in plain language and show you a working result at every stage.
Who will own the source code?
As agreed, once payment is made, the source code, repository and server accounts are handed over to the project owner.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes, under a separate agreement: bug fixes, updates, server monitoring and new features.
Do you work with clients abroad?
Yes, we work remotely. We agree on the language of communication and working hours at the start.
Telegram bots and automation
Does the bot come with an admin panel?
Usually yes: we build a web admin panel for viewing orders, users and reports. If you don’t need one, we’ll suggest a simpler option.
AI integrations
What happens if the AI gives a wrong answer?
That’s why we test accuracy on real examples before launch and keep human approval at critical points. We prefer solutions that show where the AI’s answer came from.
Will our data leave the company?
We define upfront exactly which data goes to which service. For confidential data we consider anonymisation or alternative architectures.
