From start to finish, the project is overseen by the founder and technical lead. Each area — design, frontend, backend, integrations, testing and launch — is assigned to a dedicated specialist.

Analysis and requirements

UI/UX design
Designs interfaces that are convenient and easy to understand.
Frontend
Turns the design into a fast, responsive interface that runs in the browser.
Backend
Responsible for business logic, the database, APIs and security.
Integrations
Connects payment systems, Telegram, devices and external services.
Testing (QA)
Finds bugs and checks quality at every stage.
DevOps
Sets up servers, deployment, backups and monitoring.
How we work together
- A single point of contact. You deal with one person for everything — we handle the internal coordination.
- Regular updates. On an agreed schedule, we send what’s done, what’s next and any open questions.
- You see working results. After each stage you can try things out in a test environment.
- Written agreement. The scope, stages and acceptance criteria are put in writing.
- You own the code and access. The repository, server and accounts are handed over to the project owner.
