Full-stack developer, studio founder

Muhiddin Turonov

I build reliable software for business processes: backend architecture, APIs, integrations and internal management systems. Together with my team, we cover the whole journey — from planning the idea to launch.

Career path

My career started in backend development: writing business logic in Python and Django, designing databases and connecting different systems to each other.

Over time I realised that clients need more than an API — they need a product that fully works. So we started working as a team with specialists in design, frontend and deployment.

[Write your own story here: when you started, which projects you worked on, what you learned.]

Technical strengths

Python and DjangoTurning business logic into clean, testable and extensible code.
Django REST FrameworkAPIs for mobile apps, frontends and external systems.
PostgreSQLDesigning data structures and speeding up queries.
Redis and CeleryBackground jobs, queues, caching and scheduled tasks.
DockerThe same environment in development and reliable deployment to servers.
IntegrationsPayment systems, Telegram, devices and external services.

Approach to problems

I don’t start with “what should we build?” but with “what problem are we solving?”. Often the best solution is the smallest version that works: it can be tested quickly and then improved based on real usage.

I explain technical decisions in plain language: why it’s needed, what it costs and what the risks are.

Working in a team

On projects I act as technical lead: I define the architecture, split up the work and keep an eye on code quality. Design, frontend and testing are handled by colleagues who specialise in them.

About the team

My working principles

TransparencyIf there is a problem or a delay, I say so early — not on the last day.
SimplicityI only bring in complex technology when there is a real reason for it.
OwnershipCode, servers and documentation are handed over to the project owner.
Long-term thinkingI write code that works today and that another developer can understand tomorrow.

Milestones

  1. Started backend development to be filled in

[Write where you started and with which projects.]

  2. First large integration project to be filled in

[For example: experience with devices and a cloud system.]

  3. End-to-end projects with the team to be filled in

[When the team came together and what you focus on now.]

Projects I’m interested in

  • Business systems that automate manual processes
  • Integrations that connect several systems and devices
  • MVPs and first versions for startups
  • SaaS platforms built for long-term development

Have an idea? Let’s plan it together.

Tell us briefly about your project. We’ll look into the task and suggest next steps and how the work could be organised.
